Yang Lixian

Our chef from China

Yang Lixian, head chef at WaiPo, hails from Changsha in the Hunan province and brings over 25 years of culinary experience to our kitchen. He has worked as a head chef since the age of 23 and is a true master of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine.

With passion and dedication, he infuses every dish at WaiPo with authentic flavours, creating a culinary journey from northern to southern China. Yang brings the taste of his homeland straight to Luzern – and you can savour it in every bite.
